Summary
This study tested whether an online health education program could improve how pregnant women care for themselves and their babies during the first 1000 days of life. 108 third-trimester pregnant women in Indonesia took part. They received eight online sessions covering prenatal, childbirth, and postnatal care, and their knowledge, attitudes, and practices were measured before and after the program.
