Can a virtual coach ease menopause woes for busy women?
NCT ID NCT06821841
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a brief, 4-week online group could help working women experiencing menopause symptoms become more physically active. Twenty-two participants were randomly assigned to either join the online group or receive standard information. The main goal was to see if running such a program was practical and acceptable, and to get a first look at whether it might improve activity levels and ease symptoms.
