Summary
This study looks at whether live, online group exercise classes help cancer survivors become more physically active compared to watching recorded workout videos. About 300 people who had cancer in the last 5 years will join a 12-week program and be followed for 9 months. Researchers will measure changes in activity levels, fitness, quality of life, and loneliness.
