First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether live, group-based exercise classes held over Zoom can help cancer survivors increase their physical activity, improve fitness, and enhance quality of life. Researchers will randomly assign 300 cancer survivors to either live online classes or recorded exercise videos for 12 weeks. Participants will wear activity monitors and complete surveys to track changes in exercise, loneliness, and well-being over nine months.
