Can home workouts ease the lingering burden of cancer?
NCT ID NCT06709534
Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a personalized, home-based exercise program delivered online can help reduce common and difficult symptoms in women who have finished treatment for gynecologic cancers. The program involves twice-weekly video sessions with an exercise trainer for 12 weeks. Researchers will see if this approach is practical for participants and if it helps with symptoms like fatigue, pain, sleep problems, and depression, as well as gut health.
