Summary
This study tested whether online dance classes or online therapeutic exercises, both with music, could improve quality of life and well-being in people with Parkinson's disease. Forty participants were randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The goal was to see if these social telerehabilitation programs could help manage symptoms and boost mood.
