Online therapy boosts mental strength in colostomy patients

Summary
This study tests whether online group counseling can help people with a permanent colostomy adjust to their new situation, feel better emotionally, and become more resilient. About 48 adults who have had a colostomy for at least two months will take part. They will join online counseling sessions, and researchers will measure changes in adjustment, well-being, and resilience using standard questionnaires.
