Online core workouts may boost postpartum recovery

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week online core stability program can improve balance and trunk endurance in postpartum women. Forty women who had a single, uncomplicated pregnancy and feel their core strength or balance is weak will be split into two groups: one does supervised online core exercises three times a week, the other gets only education. The goal is to see if the exercise group shows better postural control and trunk endurance after the program.
