Online compassion course aims to ease healthcare worker burnout

Summary
This study tests if a 4-week online compassion training program can improve the mental health and reduce burnout in healthcare staff. About 60 healthcare workers from a hospital trust will be randomly assigned to either the training or their usual care. The program teaches mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to help staff cope with stress.
