Summary
This study is testing whether a 4-week online program teaching self-compassion skills can help reduce burnout, stress, and anxiety in healthcare staff. It will compare the program's effects to the standard counseling usually offered. The goal is to see if this accessible online approach can better support the mental wellbeing of healthcare professionals.
