Online program aims to ease student depression and anxiety

Summary
This study tests an internet-based self-help program called VIVIM for university students with depression and/or anxiety. About 108 students will be randomly assigned to use VIVIM or receive their university's usual counseling support. They will fill out questionnaires at the start, after 10 weeks, and at 6 months to see if the program helps reduce symptoms.
