Online therapy shows promise for stressed students

Summary
This study tests an internet-based self-help program called VIVIM for university students with depression or anxiety. About 108 students will either use VIVIM or receive standard support from their university's counseling service. Researchers will check their symptoms at 10 weeks and 6 months to see if the online program helps them feel better.
