First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding special content about loneliness to an online therapy program (the Wellbeing Course) helps people with depression and anxiety feel better. About 494 adults in Saskatchewan who report feeling lonely will take part. Over 8 weeks, they will complete online lessons and questionnaires to see if the extra loneliness content improves their symptoms and satisfaction compared to the standard course alone.
