Summary

This study tests an online group therapy program (cognitive behavioral therapy) for people with cystic fibrosis and their caregivers. The goal is to see if it helps reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. About 52 participants will be randomly assigned to the therapy group or a control group, and their progress will be tracked through questionnaires.
