First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program for adults with ADHD. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce symptoms like inattention, hyperactivity, anxiety, and stress. Two hundred adults in Sweden who have been diagnosed with ADHD and are working or studying will take part. Half will receive the 10-week online therapy with therapist guidance, and the other half will be placed on a waiting list. The results will help show whether this type of therapy is effective and what parts of it people find most helpful.
