Online CBT shows promise for adult ADHD in new swedish study

Summary
This study tests whether internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) can improve quality of life and reduce ADHD symptoms, anxiety, depression, and stress in adults. Two hundred adults in Sweden who have been diagnosed with ADHD and are working or studying will receive either iCBT or be placed on a waitlist. The therapy lasts 10 weeks and includes weekly contact with a therapist.
