Summary
This study tested a new online program (iACTforDGBI) for people with disorders of the gut-brain interaction, like IBS, who also have anxiety or depression. 30 patients tried the self-guided sessions and gave feedback through interviews and questionnaires. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and helpful, not to measure a cure.
