Summary
This study will follow 1,000 people of all ages who are having endovascular procedures (minimally invasive treatments through blood vessels) for brain or spinal conditions like aneurysms or abnormal blood vessels. Researchers will record complications, recovery, and changes in thinking and quality of life over one year. It is an observational study, meaning no new treatment is being tested – the goal is to learn what predicts good or poor outcomes.
