Summary
This study tested a new way to give radiation therapy for small lung tumors, aiming to finish treatment in just one day instead of the usual two to three weeks. Ten people with early-stage lung cancer or limited spread took part. The approach used advanced imaging and planning to deliver a single, high-dose radiation session in a few hours.
