Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new treatment called JNJ-87704916, a virus designed to infect and destroy cancer cells. It is given as an injection directly into tumors, either alone or combined with another drug (cetrelimab). The study aims to find the safest dose and check for side effects in about 126 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments.
