Summary

This study is testing a new drug called lenacapavir, given as a single injection once a year, to see if it can safely prevent HIV infection in people who are at risk. The main goals are to measure how much of the drug stays in the body over a year and to check for any side effects. It is enrolling 350 people who are sexually active and meet specific criteria for being at risk of getting HIV.
