Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of a drug called ONC201 (dordaviprone) in 36 adults at high risk for colorectal cancer due to familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) or a history of many polyps. The drug aims to kill precancerous cells without harming normal ones. Researchers will also check if polyps shrink or change after 12 weeks of treatment.
