New drug ONC-841 enters early human testing for advanced cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, ONC-841, in about 72 people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drug by IV, either alone or with standard treatments for certain cancers.
