Summary
This early-phase trial tested a drug called ONC-201 in 20 people with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who had recently received a stem cell transplant. Participants took the drug by mouth once a week for a year to see if it was safe and could help prevent the cancer from coming back. The main goal was to check for side effects and find the right dose.
