New cancer drug trial seeks to target tough tumors

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called OMTX705, both alone and combined with existing immunotherapy drugs, for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the treatment shows any signs of fighting the cancer. It is enrolling about 150 adults with various advanced cancers, including pancreatic, lung, and stomach cancers, who have run out of other treatment options.
