Fish oil pills tested to boost cancer treatment power

Summary
This study is testing whether adding daily omega-3 fatty acid supplements (fish oil) to standard immunotherapy helps people with advanced esophageal cancer. Researchers want to see if the supplements help patients maintain muscle mass and improve treatment outcomes over 6 months. About 142 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the omega-3 supplements or a placebo pill alongside their regular cancer treatment.
