Summary
This study tests a special omega-3 supplement (marine lipid supplement) to see if it safely reduces pain in adults with chronic temporomandibular disorder (TMD), which causes jaw pain. Researchers will give 100 adults either the supplement or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. They will measure pain levels, jaw function, and quality of life to see if the supplement helps.
