First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests if a new omega-3 supplement (Ruby-O) raises omega-3 levels in the blood more than regular fish oil in adults with mixed dyslipidemia (abnormal blood fats). About 105 people on stable statin therapy will take one of three daily supplements for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see changes in the Omega-3 Index, a marker of heart health.
