Summary
This study tested whether taking high-dose omega-3 supplements for 12 weeks could help reduce symptoms of ADHD in children. It involved 15 children aged 6-12 who had ADHD and signs of inflammation. Researchers compared the effects of omega-3 to a placebo (a dummy pill) to see if it improved attention, behavior, and related body chemistry.
