NCT ID NCT07153497
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug olutasidenib to standard treatments helps more people with IDH1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) achieve remission. About 132 adults with these blood cancers will receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus olutasidenib. The goal is to see if the combination leads to better cancer clearance and blood count recovery.
