Summary
This study tested whether applying olive oil to the skin can reduce itching in people receiving hemodialysis (kidney dialysis). 68 patients took part; half applied olive oil to itchy areas 3 days a week for 2 weeks, while the other half received no treatment. The researchers measured itching severity using standard scales before and after the study.
