NCT ID NCT04668300
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study tests whether two immunotherapy drugs, oleclumab and durvalumab, can shrink or slow the growth of certain sarcomas (angiosarcoma, liposarcoma, and osteosarcoma) that have come back, spread, or stopped responding to standard treatment. About 75 adults and some teens (age 12+) will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see if the drugs help the immune system attack the cancer and control the disease.
