Summary
This early-phase trial is testing the drug olaparib in 15 people with newly diagnosed BRCA-mutant ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer. Participants take olaparib for two cycles before their planned surgery to see if it can shrink tumors and is safe. The goal is to find out if this approach is feasible and effective for controlling the disease.
