Summary

This study is testing whether a pill called olaparib can help control advanced bladder and other urinary cancers that have specific genetic problems in their DNA repair system. It is for patients whose cancer has spread or worsened despite prior treatments like chemotherapy or immunotherapy. The goal is to see if blocking a specific repair protein in cancer cells can slow or shrink tumors in people with these genetic markers.
