Promising combo targets tough prostate cancer in bones

Summary
This study is for men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy and has spread to the bones. It tests two drugs together: olaparib, which stops cancer cells from repairing themselves, and radium-223, a radioactive drug that targets bone tumors. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can slow the cancer's growth. About 132 men will take part.
