Summary

This study tests the drug olaparib in 51 men whose prostate cancer has returned after surgery, shown by rising PSA levels. The goal is to see if olaparib can lower PSA by at least 50% and delay further progression. Participants must have had their prostate removed and have a short PSA doubling time, indicating high risk.
