New combo aims to control advanced breast cancer

Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of combining two drugs—olaparib and estradiol—in postmenopausal women with advanced ER+/HER2- breast cancer that has spread or come back. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can help control the disease. Only 6 participants will be enrolled.
