NCT ID NCT02755844

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of three drugs (cyclophosphamide, metformin, and olaparib) in 35 women with recurrent advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer that had already been treated with chemotherapy. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could stop the cancer from growing. The approach aims to control the disease, not cure it, and patients may need ongoing treatment.
