First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested the safety and best dose of the drug olaparib when combined with high-dose chemotherapy for people with lymphomas that returned or didn't respond to treatment. The 50 participants were adults aged 18-65 with certain types of lymphoma who were also scheduled for a stem cell transplant. The goal was to see if adding olaparib could make the chemotherapy more effective without causing too many side effects.
