NCT ID NCT03259503
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tested the safety and best dose of olaparib combined with high-dose chemotherapy in 50 adults with lymphomas that returned or didn't respond to treatment. Participants received the drug combo before a stem cell transplant. The goal was to see if adding olaparib could help kill cancer cells more effectively, but lifelong monitoring and potential ongoing treatment are still needed.
