Summary

This study tests whether adding olaparib to standard abiraterone therapy can delay cancer growth or death in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who have not yet had chemotherapy. About 110 participants receive either olaparib plus abiraterone or a placebo plus abiraterone. The main goal is to see how long it takes for the cancer to progress or for death to occur.
