Summary
This study looked at whether Oketani massage, a gentle breast massage technique, can improve breastfeeding success and reduce breast engorgement in mothers who gave birth by cesarean section. 116 new mothers took part, with half receiving the massage and half getting standard care. The goal was to see if the massage made breastfeeding easier and more comfortable.
