Summary

This early-phase study tests the safety of a new drug called OK-1 (SHetA2) in about 50 adults with advanced or recurrent solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and identify side effects. Researchers will also monitor whether tumors shrink or grow more slowly.
