Summary
This study was designed to see if adding an experimental drug called ofirnoflast to the standard diabetes medication semaglutide helps obese or overweight adults with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar and lose more weight. The trial planned to compare the combination against semaglutide alone over 12 weeks. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
