Summary
This study tests a new surgical technique for removing small kidney tumors (up to 7 cm) using a robot, without clamping the kidney's blood supply or using stitches. The goal is to preserve as much healthy kidney function as possible. About 190 adults aged 18-80 will participate, and the study will measure kidney function and complication rates.
