Summary
This study tests whether a special eye-imaging technology (OCT) can help fit scleral contact lenses better than the current method. About 258 people with conditions like keratoconus or post-surgery corneal irregularities will have two lens fittings—one using standard methods and one using OCT. The goal is to see which approach gives a more comfortable and accurate fit.
