Summary
This study is a registry that collects real-world data on the OCS Heart System, a device that keeps donor hearts alive and beating outside the body before transplant. It includes 350 adult heart transplant recipients who received a donor heart preserved with this system. The main goal is to track patient survival one year after transplant to confirm the device works well in everyday medical practice.
