Summary
This study tested a 14-week program called MACK, designed to keep older adults active through exercise, games, and social activities. Fifty-six adults aged 60 and older took part, with one group doing the program and the other continuing their normal routine. Researchers measured daily living skills, physical fitness, and quality of life to see if the program made a difference.
