Summary
This study looks at two different training programs for children aged 7-10 who have trouble with motor coordination (Developmental Coordination Disorder). One program uses obstacle courses, the other uses specific movement tasks. Over 9 weeks, researchers will see which approach better improves the children's ability to plan and carry out movements. The goal is to find a more effective way to help these kids move more easily in daily life.
