First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug called obrixtamig to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung, a rare and aggressive cancer. About 75 adults who have already started one round of chemo will receive the combination. The main goal is to see if it helps them live longer, with secondary goals of shrinking tumors and delaying progression.
